EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Ktein Cosmetics wishes its customers the best shopping experience to enhance their lives. As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, the items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered.
Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients, and damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy. This also does not cover repercussions arising out of specific sensitivities towards a product/ingredient, and you are advised to perform patch tests as cautioned on every product.
Exchange Policy

Ktein Cosmetics is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products. An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, in case of electronic items.

In the case of product exchange, kindly contact our customer care on +917359237504 or write to us at support@ktein.com with the necessary images and videos related to your claim, with the subject line “Exchange for [Product Name].”

If a package is tampered with, damaged, or defective, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner on the spot.

Contact the customer care team on +917359237504 between 10:30 AM to 06:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) if the order is marked as delivered but is not received by the customer within 3 days of being marked as delivered. No exchanges shall be made after this period.

Any cash-on-delivery exchanges shall be processed after verification and within 4-7 working days upon providing the bank account details for the exchange process.

A claim for exchange must be made within 24 hours of order delivery with the aforementioned details. If accepted, the exchange process may take up to 15 days from the day of acceptance by Ktein Cosmetics.

If a customer misbehaves, uses offensive language, or is abusive towards our helpline or customer care team, Ktein Cosmetics reserves the right to deny any exchange.

Return Policy
In cases of damaged product delivery (leakage, broken, or missing items) due to transit, an exchange can be initiated after thorough verification of the claim. The customer should contact customer care within 24-48 hours if they receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product.
- There is no refund policy only exchange will be facilated under exchange policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of orders can be processed before their dispatch from the warehouse only. A gateway charge of 2.5% shall be levied against your order for cancellation.
For paid orders, the amount will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped from the warehouses, and an amount of ₹75 will be deducted if the order is returned to the seller (for prepaid orders).
